Will Apple Face Challenges Before Launch Of Electric Car?

The tech company's step into the automotive industry is expected to bring in some challenges for the giant before the actual launch takes place in 2019.

Recent news suggests that the fact that Apple is working on an electric vehicle should not bother other giants in the EV industry as the software firm could be facing some serious problems and challenges before the launch that a lot of people might be overlooking. Even though the date that has been set for the release of the car is due in 2019, analysts are seen talking about how this does not seem to be an easy journey for the company to take. One thing that the software giant could be ignoring is the fact that because it has had a successful business in the tech industry, it does not guarantee a progressive business even in the automotive industry. Since this is also the first step Apple business is taking into the auto industry, it could very well be a shaken one. The Californian Company has reportedly been one of the most high sales scoring giants in the industry but analysts believe that this does determine downright success in the auto business, as company like Porsche are also seen struggling with their yearly revenue, where reports discuss how the iPhone maker seems to be earning more than the famous car company, which is something to keep in mind as to how much the tech company can actually earn through the car business. On the other hand, Apple software firm has also conveyed it to the press a couple of times that the company has a massive revenue generation that is sure to help it see through all the problems or losses that could be faced in the future. Analysts, who are looking at the current situation of the company from all angles, are not of the same opinion. Even though the car producing business demands for more man power and more investments, it is believed to not give back in the same way. Reports have shown that the margin on profit that the auto companies receive is much lower than what the tech companies, especially Apple, is earning in the current situation which is being taken as a point that could disappoint investors in the long run. The software giant currently enjoys a colossal operating profit at around 28 percent which is a figure to be reckoned with, while on the other hand, Porsche earns around 16 percent profit which almost half of the value. Analysts are also talking about how Apple tech company might be facing some challenges where the government rules and laws are concerned, as the giant has not faced strong regulations before, which every other auto maker has to face in the industry.

Microsoft Corporation Filed With Lawsuit Against Gender Discrimination

The software firm has been found to be discriminating its female workers for quite some time now, and has recently been convicted under a lawsuit.

Microsoft Corporation seems to be trouble again for showing biasness towards an ex-technician who has gone to the court to file a lawsuit against the firm. This lawsuit has been filed against the firm by Katherine Moussouris, who previously worked in the company as a technician for a period of 8 long years. The discrimination case has been made by her as she believes that the software firm follows a pattern that involves putting down most of its female workers which has just not been working nicely for any of them.
The lawsuit has been filed against the software giant which talks about the unpleasant experience Katherine has had in the firm and it has also been explained by the individual how the tech company does not believe in providing upgrades and raises to the women in the firm and gives all the incentives to just the males. This kind of behavior is not accepted by the courts coming from any company, no matter how big or how small, which means that the software giant could be in trouble with the authorities. It has also been stated in the complaint filed that the firm is also known to avoid promoting its female staff which shows the amount of discrimination the women have to face in the environment of the firm. According to an employee of law firm Outten and Golden based in the city of New York, it turned out that Microsoft business has been doing this discrimination for some time now, which makes it all the more difficult for the female workers to progress in their field. Katherine has reportedly taken help from the same law firm and all the accusations made by here towards the tech company are slowly being proved by the law firm based in NY. The main problem arises when it shows how the Microsoft software giant is actually following a systematic pattern which automatically discriminates the women. Through this pattern, the firm not only ignores the females when it comes to promotions but also cuts them out from receiving incentives and bonuses, which has come around to be very unfair on their part. Furthermore, another attorney at a law firm has come to the conclusion that the firm is most probably using a system which is an artificial one and always ends up putting the males on the top, showing open discrimination to the women. This has turned out to be quite negatively coming from such a huge tech giant and it looks like the tech firm will pay a big price for carrying this act out.

Apple, Inc. Releases Date For iPhone 6s Launch

The software giant has finally released a date for a probable launch of the much awaited iPhone 6s.

Apple Inc has finally come around to release the launch date for the iPhone 6s, which is something that the analysts and the smart phone’s fans have been looking towards for a long time now. The news suggests that the iPhone makers have planned something for the 9th of September, as this has been mentioned in the invitations that have been sent by the management of the software giant to only a selected number of people.

These invitations were first sent to the people present at a press event. The expectations concerning the release of the new iPhone speak about how the giant could be revealing the much awaited version of the smart phone that everybody in the industry seems to be waiting for. The event invitations that are being sent out by Apple business to a selected bunch of people show how it is to take place on 9 September in San Francisco at Bill Graham Auditorium.

The software giant is famous for adopting different styles for advertising its products, and the invitations being sent out have a tagline attached to them which seems to be asking Siri, the company’s digital assistant, to give the audience a hint about what could actually be taking place on the said date, but the interesting reply of the female digibot replies with an advice to wait for it.

No more details of the phone or of the event have yet been given by the giant which only builds up more anticipation of the fans. According to the rumors that have started to leak about the software company’s plans regarding the look and features on the smart phone, it is to be believed that the upcoming could be having a 12MP camera installed in the gadget this time, which is by far the highest the firm has so far provided the users with. This leak has been confirmed by 9to5Mac which is considered as an authentic source for news coming in the from the iPod makers.

Furthermore, analysts in the industry are now discussing what the upgrade in the iPhone could mean for the fans and how they will now be able to receive better results from the pictures they take from their Apple phones. Even though the software giant has been bringing about many changes in the iPhones since the beginning, it has not brought any changes to the camera MP it offers in its phone, sticking to 8MP as the highest it ever provided in the phones. This is one reason why the 12MP news is being taken quite positively by the analysts.
