Microsoft Corporation Filed With Lawsuit Against Gender Discrimination

The software firm has been found to be discriminating its female workers for quite some time now, and has recently been convicted under a lawsuit.

Microsoft Corporation seems to be trouble again for showing biasness towards an ex-technician who has gone to the court to file a lawsuit against the firm. This lawsuit has been filed against the firm by Katherine Moussouris, who previously worked in the company as a technician for a period of 8 long years. The discrimination case has been made by her as she believes that the software firm follows a pattern that involves putting down most of its female workers which has just not been working nicely for any of them.
The lawsuit has been filed against the software giant which talks about the unpleasant experience Katherine has had in the firm and it has also been explained by the individual how the tech company does not believe in providing upgrades and raises to the women in the firm and gives all the incentives to just the males. This kind of behavior is not accepted by the courts coming from any company, no matter how big or how small, which means that the software giant could be in trouble with the authorities. It has also been stated in the complaint filed that the firm is also known to avoid promoting its female staff which shows the amount of discrimination the women have to face in the environment of the firm. According to an employee of law firm Outten and Golden based in the city of New York, it turned out that Microsoft business has been doing this discrimination for some time now, which makes it all the more difficult for the female workers to progress in their field. Katherine has reportedly taken help from the same law firm and all the accusations made by here towards the tech company are slowly being proved by the law firm based in NY. The main problem arises when it shows how the Microsoft software giant is actually following a systematic pattern which automatically discriminates the women. Through this pattern, the firm not only ignores the females when it comes to promotions but also cuts them out from receiving incentives and bonuses, which has come around to be very unfair on their part. Furthermore, another attorney at a law firm has come to the conclusion that the firm is most probably using a system which is an artificial one and always ends up putting the males on the top, showing open discrimination to the women. This has turned out to be quite negatively coming from such a huge tech giant and it looks like the tech firm will pay a big price for carrying this act out.
